Q. How do I install FotoFaceSwap?
A. When you purchase the program, you receive an email with a link to install the unlimited version. For optimal performance, install the program from that link.
Q. Is there an instruction manual?
A. Yes. When you open the program, you will see a button with a small "?" at the top right of your screen. That is the manual. Next to it, you will see a button with an "i", which will turn on/off the tooltips (a pop-up explanation of each button, that appears every time you place your mouse over it).
Q. I haven’t received the activation key. What should I do?
A. In most cases, you don’t even need the activation key. Use the link that you received in the confirmation email, and the program will be automatically and safely installed in your computer. If you di not receive the link, contact us with your order number or and purchase date.
Q. I can’t download the program. What should I do?
A. Sometimes the settings of some firewalls don’t allow a regular installation. Please disable the firewall, download the program, and enable it again. FotoFaceSwap is 100% virus free and adware free.
Q. My computer crashed. I had to reinstall the system or buy a new one. How do I install the program again?
A. For your safety and privacy, the program can’t be installed in more than one computer. However, in some cases, you will be allowed to install it in a computer that has been reformatted, or in a new computer. To retrieve your information, please contact us with your order number or purchase date. Your information is stored for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q. Why the activation key doesn’t work?
A. For your safety and privacy, the program can’t be installed more than two times. Probably you have activated the program more than twice. In some cases, you will be allowed to activate it again. To do so, please contact us with your order number or purchase date. Your information is stored for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q. Why did the trial period last less than 3 days?
A. The trial version should run for 3 days from the time it was downloaded for the first time. In a few cases, because of each computer's settings, the trial version expires before the intended period of time. If the trial version expires, there is no way to increase the trial period.
Q. Does the program have any adware, virus or spam?
A. Occasionally, an antivirus program misidentifies a file as a virus. If the program was downloaded from www.fotofaceswap.com, there is no problem (and it has been rated as safe by Softpedia, Download.com and other sources). However, if it was downloaded from another site, it is possible that the program was hacked and a virus was introduced. If you tell us from where it was downloaded, we could check its reliability.
Q. Why doesn’t the program come with more templates?
A. Users have their own preferences, tastes and needs. Instead of including many templates that would be useless to many people, we incorporated a Paste function that allows pasting any image that you found on the Internet.
